IrysConnect Terms of Service

These terms govern access to IrysConnect services provided by IRYS IoT, LLC.
Service
IrysConnect provides equipment connectivity, remote monitoring, alerts, reporting, customer-portal functions, and related services. Availability can depend on cellular coverage, Bluetooth range, compatible equipment, power, third-party networks, and Internet services.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate account and jobsite information, compatible equipment, appropriate installation and placement, account credentials, and responding to alerts and conditions. Monitoring information supports operational decisions but does not replace required inspections, testing, professional judgment, manufacturer requirements, or applicable standards.
Billing
Applicable hardware, rental, monitoring, shipping, taxes, and other charges are shown during purchase or activation. Recurring services continue according to the applicable service or rental terms until properly ended.
Acceptable use
Customers may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully.
Changes and availability
IRYS may update features and service components as the platform evolves. Planned and unplanned outages may occur.
