Your monitoring package includes preconfigured equipment, cloud access, and standard round-trip shipping. Equipment remains the property of IRYS IoT, LLC. Monitoring begins 48 hours after confirmed delivery. Packages do not automatically renew; extensions are available upon request. See our Equipment Terms for return and replacement details.
Simple start-to-finish monitoring
1. Choose and pay
Choose the number of devices and project duration. Pay once upfront.
2. Receive and place
We prepare and ship the cellular devices. No site Wi-Fi or wall outlet is needed. HOBO MX customers supply their own compatible loggers.
3. Monitor and return
Access trends, alerts and reports. Request an extension or return the equipment at term end.
Coverage, device health, delivery dates and project requirements should be confirmed before installation. Monitoring supplements but does not replace contractually required testing or inspections.
