IRYS IoT, LLC (“IRYS,” “we,” “us”) provides IrysConnect equipment, remote monitoring, customer portal, and related services.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information, company and shipping information, orders and rentals, payment-related identifiers, jobsite and equipment information, monitoring-service records, support communications, IP address, user agent, and service/security logs. Payment card details entered in Stripe-hosted payment experiences are processed by Stripe rather than stored by IRYS.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, fulfill purchases and rentals, provision equipment, manage billing and returns, provide customer support, communicate service information, maintain records, and improve operations.
Service providers
We may use service providers for payment processing, hosting, connectivity, email, shipping, monitoring infrastructure, and other business functions. They may process information as needed to provide those services.
Retention and security
We retain information for operational, contractual, accounting, security, and legal purposes as appropriate. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact IRYS to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable, subject to records we need to retain for contractual, accounting, security, or legal reasons.
