Build your rental.
Choose how you want to monitor the jobsite: Indoor Gateway, Rugged Gateway, or cellular-only. Base pricing includes the IrysConnect platform and cellular connectivity. Add equipment as needed.
60-day minimum. The initial 60-day rental is prepaid at checkout before equipment ships. Your rental period begins when the equipment is first activated, or 7 days after confirmed delivery, whichever occurs first. After the initial period, billing continues month-to-month until the equipment is returned.

Rental Terms & Billing Schedule
- Prepaid Initial Period: Your initial 60-day rental is paid at checkout. Equipment is provisioned and shipped after payment.
- Rental Start Date: Your 60-day rental period begins when the equipment is first activated, or 7 days after confirmed delivery, whichever occurs first.
- Continuous Monthly Service: After the initial 60-day rental period, service renews automatically month-to-month at the posted monthly rate until the rental equipment is returned.
- Shipping & Equipment Return: Standard outbound shipping is charged at checkout. A prepaid return shipping label is included. When your project is complete, return the rental hardware using the provided return authorization. Equipment not returned within the required return period may be billed at the standard replacement value: $149 Indoor Gateway / $299 Rugged Gateway / $199 Direct Cellular T/RH Sensor.
Coverage Guide
How many gateways do I need?
Single Gateway: A typical open jobsite can often be covered with one gateway across approximately 10,000–15,000 sq. ft. Actual Bluetooth coverage depends on building layout, construction materials, sensor placement, and obstructions.
Plan on an additional gateway for:
- Each additional floor or concrete deck — Bluetooth signals will not reliably penetrate concrete floors.
- Major firewall partitions, separate wings, or other heavily divided areas.
- Roughly every 10,000 sq. ft. in densely framed commercial spaces.
How many Direct Cellular T/RH Sensors do I need?
Direct Cellular sensors connect individually to the cellular network, so there is no gateway-to-sensor coverage limit. Choose the number of sensors based on how many areas need to be monitored independently.
- Small or open area: 1–2 sensors.
- Typical floor or large open space: 2–4 sensors.
- Separate rooms, wings, or conditioned zones: At least 1 sensor per area.
- Multiple floors: At least 1 sensor per floor, adding sensors for separate environmental zones.
