IrysConnect Rental Agreement

Initial term and charges
Rentals have a 60-day minimum initial term, prepaid before shipment. Outbound shipping and applicable taxes are charged as shown at checkout.
Rental start
The rental term starts on the earlier of first activation or seven days after confirmed delivery.
Renewal
After the prepaid initial term, the rental renews monthly at the applicable rental rate until the return process is completed according to this agreement.
Return and billing stop
Customers request a return through IrysConnect. IRYS provides return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label/RMA. For an authorized return using the IRYS return process, the billing-stop timestamp is the first carrier acceptance scan recorded for the return shipment.
Equipment
Rental equipment remains the property of IRYS IoT, LLC. Customers are responsible for reasonable care and timely return. Lost, unreturned, or materially damaged equipment may be charged up to the stated replacement value, subject to applicable law.
Replacement values
Current replacement values are $149 for an Indoor Gateway, $299 for a Rugged Gateway, and $199 for a Direct Cellular T/RH Sensor.
Monitoring limitations
Monitoring depends on connectivity, range, power, compatible devices, and third-party services. Alerts and reports supplement rather than replace required inspections, testing, or professional judgment.
